I want to share the information about my November Workshops with you. Some of you are presently using body rolling for greater sustainability in your own body. Some of you have body rolled before and know it is something effective that you can do on your own to improve how you feel and look, but you have not made time for yourself to do it lately. Some of you don’t come to classes, but you do roll at home on your own. And some of you have never body rolled.
But no matter where you fall on that spectrum, I have two workshops coming right up that are appropriate for anyone at any level to participate in. Everyone can learn something about body sustainability and benefit from participation in a workshop.
Your first opportunity to come to a Body Rolling workshop will be November the 12th in Overland Park at Fitness Alliance, and your last opportunity to participate in a workshop for the month of November will be in Lee’s Summit at Core Wellness Institute on November the 19th at Core Wellness Institute in Lee’s Summit, MO.
These two workshops each have a different focus:
The workshop in O.P. will focus on the practice of body rolling predominantly from a beginner’s point of view. Whether you have practiced body rolling for a long time or are just getting started, this workshop will provide not only the basic foundational principles of this modality which are always good to review, but also include helpful information about the art of customizing the routines to get the best results for your own body. You can always get to that next level with the ball.
The workshop in L.S. will be a fusion of body rolling and yoga that will leave you feeling strong, open, and renewed. This workshop will bring new awareness to both practices that you’ve maybe never experienced before. The workshop is appropriate for anyone who is interested in exploring both modalities. I am excited to be presenting this workshop in partnership with Amy Black who will be leading the yoga portion of this event.
I invite you to come to one (or both since they are so different!) of these events. The effect will be relaxing and energizing all at the same time. You can also expect to improve your posture, thus having a great impact on how you feel and look. Your performance in all activities can be enhanced and improved (from desk work and normal daily activities, to competitions and marathons) when you spend some time on the ball.

- The Yoga Fusion Workshop which will be a completely new experience will take place at Core Wellness Institute in Lee’s Summit, MO on Saturday, November 19 at 1:30 to 3:30 pm.
