Parkinson’s Fitness Program

Standing Strong:

This is a program designed for people who have been diagnosed with Parkinson Disease.  This class contains numerous elements to meet the challenges that this community faces when it comes to fitness.  Elements of the program include body rolling, floor exercise, and TRX.

I emphasize stance in all my classes. That is because at New Body Revolution, LLC you will get a good amount of training for postural muscles keeping you YOUTHFUL and in GOOD ALIGNMENT.  But have no fear – ALL your muscles will get stronger.

Fred Ettish more often than not joins in on the Program on Thursday’s.  Fred is a highly accredited martial artist.  We are blessed to have him as an instructor in this program to lead each class participant through 2 or 3 rounds of boxing – one on one.

Low Impact Strength and Fitness Program

Standing Firm:

This class is designed to improve how you feel in your body and teach you skills to be able to better maintain your body on your own.  The program includes body rolling and isometric/floor exercises.  I named this class Standing Firm because when these exercises are practiced regularly, your posture will improve and your muscles will have more strength, tone and definition

The goal with the Isometric training system is simple, to provide an easy to follow 3-step solution that helps you identify differences in your range of motion with an Active Range of Motion Assessment and improve positional isometric muscle strength.

Services offered:

A private 45-minute session allows your workout to be customized just for you.

I will guide you through your own progressive program on the Isophit.  These one on one sessions offer opportunity for personal assessment and/or evaluation to get the very most out of your sessions.

Bring a friend to work out with you (or I will find a workout partner for you).

Group training is more cost effective for you.

It comes with excellent workout programs that are already designed.

Services that have more emphasis on body rolling

In a private session, I will teach you how to use the Yamuna ball in routines that will greatly help you maintain your own body in terms of good posture and less pain and discomfort.
