About me

I started New Body Revolution, LLC almost 20 years ago.  My practice has evolved over that time. But from day 1 I have remained passionate about sharing health and fitness with my clients. For the first decade (or so) I solely practiced and studied a type of mind/body work. These types of practices are widely considered essential in health and fitness, and I still do practice mind/body.

But then I happened to be fortunate enough to be exposed to the impressive benefits of practicing isometric exercise.  I have since studied and practiced isometric exercise for a number of years now. I have been able to work with people at all different fitness levels throughout my experience.  I am grateful for this.

 

Here’s the facts:

  • I was originally certified as a body therapist/educator.
  • I have been certified as a personal fitness trainer.
  • I have a strong background in using suspension training systems.
  • I have a strong background in RTS123 (principles of exercise).
  • I am certified in Jumpstart MAT (an isometric exercise system).
  • I am most recently certified as an isometric exercise specialist (the implementation of Brad Thorpe’s system).

I am so happy to be able to share with you!

Other things I enjoy is spending quality time with family, friends and pets. I love to write. My hobbies are sewing , and gardening. I also love to learn about food, find new recipes, and how use food as healing medicine to my body.
